At Sensy Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your yarn or accessories, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the yarn is in its original condition, with labels intact and unused, and securely pack the items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect and approve your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
